Sometimes all it takes is the right occasion to get to know the people around you.

This weekend, Vingtor entered three teams in Energistafetten together with our members and tenants. It turned into an afternoon filled with teamwork, laughter and plenty of new connections.

During a busy workweek, it is easy to stay in your own routine. You arrive, sit down at your desk and get to work. Maybe you exchange a quick hello in the hallway or chat over lunch, but there is not always time to get to know the people around you.

The Energy Relay gave us that opportunity. We cheered each other on, solved challenges together and connected with people we might otherwise only have passed in the corridor. Moments like these are what make a workplace community more than just an office.

At Vingtor, we believe that strong communities are built through shared experiences. Sometimes that happens over lunch. Sometimes at a professional event. And sometimes it happens while wearing a race bib and giving it your best.
